Roasted Almond Chocolate Drops

Roasted Almond Chocolate Drops

Satisfy your sweet tooth and boost your energy with this delicious snack! Roasted almond, sunflower seeds, and dark chocolate come together to create an irresistible treat sure to eliminate any sugar cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g slivered almonds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 150 g 85% dark chocolate or sugar free chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Spread almonds in an even layer over the baking tray. Cook in oven for 8-10 mind or until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Meanwhile melt chocolate in microwave until smooth.
  • Allow the toasted almonds to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Stir through the seeds and roasted nuts until well combined.
  • Scoop out tablespoon size blobs of mixture into a 12 hole silicone mini muffin tray. If you don’t have a silicone tray you can place the blobs straight onto baking paper. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  • Place into fridge until set firm.
  • When firm store in an airtight container in the fridge.
