Roasted Almond Chocolate Drops

Ingredients
- 150 g slivered almonds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 150 g 85% dark chocolate or sugar free chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread almonds in an even layer over the baking tray. Cook in oven for 8-10 mind or until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
- Meanwhile melt chocolate in microwave until smooth.
- Allow the toasted almonds to cool for 5 minutes.
- Stir through the seeds and roasted nuts until well combined.
- Scoop out tablespoon size blobs of mixture into a 12 hole silicone mini muffin tray. If you don’t have a silicone tray you can place the blobs straight onto baking paper. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Place into fridge until set firm.
- When firm store in an airtight container in the fridge.
