Ingredients
- 250 grams raspberries fresh or frozen
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and gently bring to the boil.
- Stirring to ensure the sauce doesn't stick while breaking up the berries.
- Allow sauce to gently simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
- Store in an aritight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
