Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams raspberries fresh or frozen
  • cup water
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and gently bring to the boil.
  • Stirring to ensure the sauce doesn't stick while breaking up the berries.
  • Allow sauce to gently simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  • Store in an aritight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
