Mixed Berry Granola Parfait

Indulge your senses with this delightful granola parfait, a divine combination of raspberry sauce, Greek yogurt and crunchy granola. Enjoy the mouthwatering flavours that will tantalize your taste buds!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup granola *see notes for granola recipe
  • 1 batch raspberry sauce *see notes for raspberry sauce recipe
  • 3 cups natural greek yogurt
  • cup fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

Instructions
 

  • Dice fresh berries and set aside.
  • Using 6 parfait glasses, spread an even layer of yogurt, approximately 1cm thick over the base of each parfait glass.
  • Alternate layers of granola, fresh berries, raspberry sauce and yogurt in each glass until all ingredients have been used.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1 day.
