  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • pinch of sea salt and ground pepper
  • 1 cup shredded baby spinach leaves
  • cup crumbled feta cheese
  • cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 large egg
