- 45 g unsweetened finely shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g butter melted

- 140 g butter
- 160 g erythritol (preferably Sukrin Gold)
- 350 ml heavy whipping cream
Chocolate Topping
- 200 g sugar-free dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
