A Journey from Frustration to Fulfillment

I’m a mum to 3 amazing humans, dog mum to 2 gorgeous fur babies, and a full-time business owner.

As a Women’s Sugar-Free Health Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I work with women to overcome unhealthy habits and develop a mindful approach to nutrition so that they can enjoy a life full of health and wellness.

When I’m not at the laptop working with my coaching clients, you can find me happily immersed in the studio, creating delicious recipes that I cook and photograph for my wonderful recipe development clients.

My days may be super busy but I love everything about my life!

Fun times… tired times… the best of times!

Throughout the fun times, baby raising and career changes my body and my health were declining and by 2018 I was in the worst shape I’d ever been in. I was overweight, suffering from terrible sciatic pain, chronic inflammation, and I was on daily medication.

I found myself in a slump, unmotivated, uninspired, and relying on meals that were fast to prepare, cheap and easy.

I’ll be completely honest with you; most of our food was prepackaged, highly processed and full of sugar.

I started researching the effects that sugar has on the body.

It was around this time that a work colleague introduced me to a way of eating that focused on fresh whole ingredients and no sugar. With all of the research I’d done, I felt like this was what I’d been looking for, I knew I had to give it a go.

Although I was optimistic I knew changing what we were eating and going sugar-free wasn’t going to be easy.

I chose to reduce the overwhelm and start slowly, making small changes, swapping out our main meals for sugar-free alternatives, and focusing on eating whole foods.

The result

After 3 weeks I noticed I was able to finally get out of bed without excruciating back pain.

As I continued changing our meals my weight started melting away. After 6 months I realised my body had easily released 25kg (55lbs), I was no longer on daily medication, no longer suffering from pain and I was FINALLY feeling in control of my eating for the very first time.

And THE BEST thing to have come out of changing the way we were eating? My son, who has been struggling with a neurological condition, started improving! His symptoms started to reduce, his confidence grew, we no longer needed doctor’s appointments AND he didn’t have to go on medication!

Why me?

Since changing our food choices I’ve been inspired to share what I’ve learned with others while guiding them to achieve lasting long-term health.

Not only have I studied to become a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, focusing on empowering women to achieve vibrant lasting health but I’ve also trained to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist, helping women find the root cause of their weight loss issues.

I now proudly spend my days working with women to overcome unhealthy cravings and develop a mindful approach to nutrition so that they can enjoy a life full of well-being and vitality.

When I’m not behind the laptop coaching my clients I can be found in the studio working on mouthwatering recipes for my recipe development and food photography clients.
